"The staff were great! The location is ideal, within a short walking distance from the rail station and the cable car up the Jungfraujoch which was spectacular. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. "

"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. The breakfast was great many options available breathtaking views the ball was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel although I was out for most of the morning and evening for well spent at the hotel."

"Mountain View’s from the room were amazing. The facilities in the spa were some of the best we’ve used in any hotel. Great food selection at breakfast. Staff were ultra accommodating and very helpful. Location is absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of Grindelwald. "
