「We checked in late at night and once we got up to our room immediately as we opened the room door there were 4 roaches that came running out. The bathroom had snot all over it and the bed sheets were covered in dirt. We told staff and they handed us a bottle of DRAIN FLY SPRAY and said they would have the cleaning staff to our room first thing in the morning. We left our room the next morning around 11am came back by 4pm and the room was not cleaned. Asked the staff to make sure the room gets...

「If you are concerned about elevators working, this is not the place for you. I called beforehand to ask about the issue, and they explained it goes in and out. The room was comfortable, the shower was not completely clean there was hair from the past guest in the shower. Didn’t have the breakfast so not sure about that. Overall it was not terrible service was friendly.」

「Room was clean. Everything looked fine. The shower took forever to get hot water, but it did eventually. The front desk manager was extremely rude when there was a disagreement or misunderstanding. They wanted to charge me twice even though the payment went through the first time. And just because it didn’t show up on their end, they kept trying to turn me away from my booking and suggest I come back the next day, which is crazy considering I had already booked AND PAYED for the upcoming 2...

「The only thing I didn't like was that the elevator was not working and I had to walk up the stairs. Before a person book a room they should let them know that. The staff with the dreadlocks was so nice and very helpful. The bed was comfortable. I like how I could listen to music on the TV.」

「I was really basic / poor」

「Great stay!」

「優點:招牌明顯，空間乾淨，還有24h咖啡與氣泡水，房間乾淨整齊 缺點:冷氣運轉時稍微大聲」

「We LOVED this hotel. The manager and staff welcomed us warmly and were always helpful - including the offer to chauffeur us to a local restaurant in the hotel car when it was a bit rainy. Breakfast in the dining room every morning was quick and our waiter was so sweet and friendly, remembering our favorites. The room was clean, large and perfect, with great views of the shops in the Domain. We really appreciated the lovely shower and the perfect bed! In addition to breakfasts, our...

「I recommend this place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room. Food was excellent.」

「房間很乾淨，附近交通也很方便。服務人員很親切，當然，豐盛的早餐也令人印象深刻。」

「Very clean and updated room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was one of the better I've had from most other hotels. Didn't quite agree with having to pay for parking at the location considering the price that is paid for the stay. Wasn't expensive, but something like that should be comped.」
