This was a beautiful property, and I will stay here every time I come to Vietnam. Excellent value. It's a very clean and spacious room, great staff, things to do - everything you could ask for.

Great place for travelers

We had to book this place really urgently as we missed night bus at the last moment Very great place for 1 night to stay, great price for 2 king bed & shower I found some small creatures like ants and lizards but not a big deal, wan even cute. And Air conditioner worked fine, which can not be found in many bars and restaurants in Mui ne..

이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티면 매우 훌륭합니다. 물론 사성급 호텔에 비해서는 떨어집니다만, 그래도 아기자기한 맛이 있습니다. 위치도 나쁘지 않구요. 잠깐 묵기엔 매우 좋습니다. 저희는 하루 숙박이라 너무 좋았어요. 좋은 숙소 원하시는 분들은 리조트 예약하시면 되고. 주인분이 데스크도 하시는 것 같은데 매우 친절하시고, 달러도 받으셔서 결제할 때 편했네요.

가족끼리 운영하는 곳인데 주인아저씨가 무척 친절합니다. 방갈로 식이여서 개인실 처럼 자유롭게 쓸수 있고 에어컨과 냉장고도 잘 작동되요. 앞에 해먹이랑 테이블이 있어서 잠깐 쉬기 좋습니다. 근처에 람통이랑 반미 맛집이 있어서 잘먹고 잘 쉬다가 왔어요 :) 개미가 무척 많아서 남은 음식물을 밖이 두면 엄청난 개미떼를 만나게 될꺼예요 냉장고에 꼭 넣어두세요. 정전이 2번 되기는 했지만 10분 내외여서 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 그래도 벌레 싫어하시는 분께는 비추. 방에서 거미도 봤어요 ㅋ 그래도 가성비 갑 ㅋ

청결하고 가성비좋은...

주인집 할머니가 모래를 채로치면서 정원을 관리할정도로 신경을 씁니다. 깨끗하고 조용한 휴가를 지냈읍니다. 그리고 정원에서 놀다가 시계를 잊었는데.. 다음날 주인댁이 찾아서 주더군요. 불편이 없나하는 주인댁의 관심과... 가성비는 너무좋아 추천드려요.

Très bon accueuil à notre arrivée à Cocosand. La famille qui tient la guest house est charmante et discrète. L'hôtel se situe non loin d'un accès à la plage de Mui Ne laquelle est agréable. La chambre était spacieuse avec une literie ferme mais de bonne qualité, le tout très propre. Je recommande cet Hotel.

Good base for Mui Ne

This is a great spot to base yourself in Mui Ne. We spent 2 nights here and were able to rent a scooter from the hotel as well as book onward travel. The room was quite large with a table and chairs, fridge, AC and TV. Would certainly stay again

Rien à dire de l’hôtel mais ....

Accueil très accueillant. Chambre sympa sur un joli jardin tropical. Rien à dire dec l’hôtel ... en revanche Mui Né est une ville-rue bruyante et poussiereuse. Lordquon est pas ds d un resort de bord de mer, l’accès à la plage est quasi impossible. La plage est très sale et à certains et droits, les murs des resorts s’effondrent à cause des vagues. C’est un spectacle écologiquement et urbanistiquement terrifiant. Une nuit nous a suffi,on a fui !

неплохая бюджетная передышка в путешествии

Нормально расположение в самом начале песчанного пляжа, ближайший выход на пляж в 50 метрах (отели не дают пересекать их территорию для выхода на пляж), но лучше пройтись метров 400 в сторону Фантьета для действительно хорошего пляжа и чистой воды (по меркам Вьенама). Отель состоит из отдельных бунгало, между которыми есть расстояние, т.е. стены не смежные-это хорошо, есть общий дворик, тоже хорошо. Плохо, что общий дворик небольшой и при наличии большого количества детей будет шумно, мне повезло - ребенок был только у постояльцев слева, так что было тихо. Правда долбаные курильщики могут подпортить расслабление в дворике, где есть и столы и гамаки. Было бы неплохо запретить курение на всей территории отеля. Смена полотенец, уборка номера и вынос мусора без обращения к рецепшн осуществляться не будет. Душевая насадка забита, хотя и напор сам по себе никакой, так что принимать душ некомфортно. Жил в бунгало #8, полагаю, что проблема с напором в душе есть у всех. Большой плюс - наличие в бунгало подобия кухни со своей раковиной, есть где нарезать фрукты. Wi-Fi медленный, вечером вообще никакой, правда рядом есть кафе friendly, чей wi-fi я использовал (имя сети и пароль совпадают). Для своей цены бунгало вполне даже не плохое, идеально для семьи из двух человек и ребенка. Если в планах удобный выход к пляжу, советую брать отели из первой линии в сторону Фантьета от этого отеля, учтите, что этот отель последний, где есть песок, все что от этого отеля в сторону Муйнэ - бетон!
