我們一共入住兩天 第二天的早上必須搭飯店6點接駁車去市區回胡志明市 正要往接駁車上走時 飯店的人員急忙衝過來將一大袋外帶早餐交給我們 因為我們並沒有特別要求要外帶早餐 所以覺得這個舉動十分貼心

best choice of my trip
i was very pleased with the resort, the beach is way better here than mui ne stripe. the rooms and private garden, jacuzzi etc are just perfect for kids and family. there are however 2 downfalls. the restaurant serves ok breakfast, but lunch and dinner menu are overpriced and boring. there is bugs here and there, even in JAN. so bug repellers are necessary.

好的是：私密性很高，每个房间的旅客可以独占一个房子，还有厨房，厨具器皿一应俱全，面向海滩的酒吧可以打桌球，还有免费的水上活动，离市区远，但是有免费巴士，当地巴士站就在旁边，一号车终点站就是酒店附近，大约八十米。员工也很乐意帮忙。 不好的：为什么酒店不做除虫？有蟑螂，而且如果是加床的话没有蚊帐会被蚊子咬的睡不着，离得市区太远，太远了，导致参加一日游酒店接送都要加钱，免费巴士时间安排不合理，时间表也印得不清楚，很容易看错！那天九点十分回到酒店，我的保险箱有问题，想解决这个问题，前台竟然问我，明天可以么，经理睡觉了，虽然他态度很好，但是接受不了，才几点，竟然说经理睡了就不管我问题了？后来最终经理来了，帮我解决了问题，但是态度一般般啊，我主动说不好意思打扰你睡觉了，他就说了哦，我也没有睡。反正就是让你觉得他有点不是很开心的样子。 总的来说，我非常不建议常爱往外跑的旅客住在这里，真的不方便。

자연친화적인 아름다운 풀문빌리지
풀문빌리지는 우리여행의 최적의 장소였습니다. 독립된 빌라를 통째로 쓸수 있는 장점이 있으며, 조용하고 휴양하기 딱 좋은 곳이였습니다. 그러나 인근 편의시설과 좀 떨어져 있어서 교통편이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 셔틀버스도 운행하고 있으니 시간만 잘 맞추면 그렇게 불편하진 않을것 같습니다.

Full moon : passable
If you don’t like too many people around you, you can consider this place since it is away from the city and not many people are on the beach.. but you will need a car to be able to drive to the city to eat food, the city is a 30 minute drive. Food in the hotel is average.. Except a few staff, in general the staff doesn’t understand English and is not well trained.. for example on the first night, the manager suggested us to take the BBQ in our villa.. the staff that came to set up the table left the doors of the villa open and in a few minutes the entire villa was full of night insects (that come after the rain) and it too a while for me to explain to the reception what had happened, actually after the intervention of an expat manager of the hotel. Second day, the air conditioner in one of the room wasn’t working well and it had to be fixed twice before it was bearable.. for the breakfast and the crockery if the hotel talks a lot about the quality of the hotel.. in case of full moon, both were below average.. I don’t think I would like to repeat this resort.

아들과 행복한 시간
잘 가꾸워진 정원과 넓은 거실 그리고 레몬그라스향의 아름다운 침실 이곳에 있는 자체만으로 행복해졌다. 투명한 수영장과 고운 모래사장 그리고 싶지 않고 적당한 파도 덕분에 하루 종일 지루할 틈이 없었다. 꼭 다시 가족들과 함께 오고 싶은 곳이다. 시내에서 거리가 있어서 다소 불편함 점도 있지만 셔틀버스를 잘 이용해서 크게 문제가 되지 않았다. 거리의 문제점을 커버 할 만큼 친절한 직원들 덕분에 충분히 만족스러웠다. 단 한가지 조식이 좀 부실한 것 같다.

만족한 숙박이 되기 위해 직원들이 친절하고 노력한다는 느낌은 있었으나 미처 고치지 못했다는 방의 도어록이 부서져 있었고 와이파이 문제 역시 몇 차례 전화해 하루 뒤에 해결되었어요 . 액티비티 서비스 좋았고 리조트의 조식은 썩 만족할 정도는 아니었어요. 그러나 수영장 관리 잘 되어있고 전반적으로 만족합니다 장소 이동없이 조용하게 휴식을 원하는 사람에게 적당합니다.

풀문빌리지 만족햇어요 8인 3베드룸!
8명 (3부부 + 아이2명) 이서 가서 3베드룸 사용했어요. 방마다 화장실이 있어서 편했고, 주방에 가스렌지 식기류 등 있는줄알았으면 짐을 더 잘 챙겨갔을거같아요. 화장실 변기가 좀 더러웠던거같아요. 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았구요!! 조식은 기대안하고가면 먹을만 합니다 ^^ 주변이 멀긴한데, 리셉션에서는 택시를 잘 불러주고, 보케거리쪽 시내는 택시가 많이다녀서 다니기 불편한거는 없었습니당

This 4 star rated hotel should be in fact a 2.5 stars. They put me in a delapidated looking villa. I went back up to the reception and asked if they had another villa available. Of course they did but it would take a manager to approve it who of course was not available until the morning.

A beautiful villa and pool area. Really lovely for relaxing. The food was good but always bland. In general there was something missing, an atmosphere of welcoming maybe.

휴양/힐링 하기에 최고에요. 스텝분들 너무 친절하세요. 거리가 시내와 많이 떨어져 있지만 택시타고 다녀서 불편함은 없었습니다. 위치는 정말 조용하고 한적함. 레드샌드와 화이트샌드 중간. 보케거리까지 택시비 20만 레드샌드까지 택시비 10만 정도. 나오는거 같네요. 그래도 다음에 또 방문할게요. :).

Große Villen (immer zur Alleinbenutzung) in großem, privatem Garten. Gepflegte Anlage, herrlicher Pool, einzigartige Ruhe! Weit außerhalb von Mui Ne (mit dem Bus 30 min. / Bus Nr. 1 fährt alle 20 min für 50 Cent ). Der schönste und längste noch erhaltene Strand der Mui Ne Region - leider viel Müll am oberen Uferrand. Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich, nur die Zimmermädchen arbeiten etwas schlampig. Strandrestaurant & Bar etwas teurer als ortstüblich aber herrlich gelegen mit großem Angebot. Wer sich entspannen möchte und dabei von lieben Menschen umsorgt werden möchte, der ist hier genau richtig!

Nice resort, but far from city.
I stayed 2 nights, it is very quite place to stay. But problem is too far to go to city, not to eat at same restaurant all day. About 30 minute drive to most restaurants and shopping area.

Tolle, ruhige Anlage zum Entspannen
Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, ca. dreißig Autominuten vom quirligen Zentrum Mui Nes entfernt. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Villen mit eigenem großen Garten. Es gibt einen eigenen Strandabschnitt, der - im Gegensatz zu vielen freien Strandabschnitten der Umgebung - sauber und gepflegt ist. Eigenes Wassersportangebot (Windsurfen, SUP). Zudem gehört ein schöner, sehr gepflegter Pool zur Anlage. Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, sodass man guten Gewissens auch mal einen Abend in der Anlage verbringen kann. Zum Zentrum Mui Nes mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants gelangt man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Außerdem verkehrt ein hoteleigener Shuttle-Bus mehrmals täglich auf dieser Strecke (letzte Heimfahrt ab Mui Ne um 21:30 Uhr). Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals lassen keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Fleckchen, an dem man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen kann.

Environmentalists are good, staffs are kind and willing to help. One recommendation is that they should inform guests with shuttle bus information and public bus so that transportation could be easier.
