The Windsor Suites
The staff were like a ray of sunshine. So friendly, sweet, informative and kind. The location was prime to the Christmas Village and the Barnes Art Museum. This hotel is an older hotel, so there was this musty smell. I wiped the room surfaces down and handles (in all hotels I stay at), and some areas ...

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
Howard was extremely helpful and prompt. I had just driven in 5hrs into Philly and by the time I had put my jacket on and got out of my truck, he was all loaded up the bell cart and took me to my room unloaded and the smoothest check in. Great hotel.
