Hallways smelt like weed, property is “smoke-free”, the pool is closed due to a remodel? No clue. Staff saw us walk by and said nothing about the pool especially checking in. This was the main point of booking this hotel since we have 3 kids. We were allowed to go across to the other hotel, but only informed when I asked. Checking I didn’t know how to take the employee, not sure if had a rough night? In the room, the toilet paper holder wa sa put to fall off, curtains-screws where hanging out of the dry wall, dried up food on the wall and curtains. The sink wouldn’t drain. A hood of $150 was asked, no problem. I was told the parking and what was charged would go towards that hold. That was not the case, I still have a hold on my account and balance of charge was taken out already.

The ladies at the front desk were pretty rude every time we asked a question when we were unsure of something. I specifically booked because there was a pool but it did not say anywhere on the website that the pool was under construction. I was also under the impression of free breakfast which they also didn't have. For the price of the hotel was unacceptable for zero amenities. I would not stay here again. They also charged me twice, eventually it is as refunded, but my original hotel stay was $1300 but they charged me an extra $1500 and couldnt tell me why my card was double charged they only said it would be returned. The hotel was sketchy and not very friendly.

I was disappointed that I called the hotel before I booked the room and they said the pool closed at 9pm and when I arrived and checked in it was completely closed until further notice… it looked terrible around the pool.

The staff was okay the girl that helped me was very nice , the room was trash the sheets had blood stains on them and I didn't even realize it because how they made the bed & seen it when I was checking out ! Stayed for Roots Picnic. Was about 15min drive so not bad. Didn’t experience much traffic close other stores of convenience. Room was very clean and staff were polite. Hotel overall seems well kept.

The indoor pool had mold inside. The bubbles weren't running so the water was just sitting. That means it's bacteria in the pool. However, they allowed us to use the pool across the street at the four seasons. This morning kids were in the indoor pool. Not sure if the pool has been cleaned and fixed that fast. But the pool didn't look clean to swim in.

My fiancé and I traveled from Orlando, FL to Philadelphia, PA for business meetings. I went to the counter to check in for our 3 night stay. I used my Business Mastercard to cover the incidentals charge and the reader said declined on the screen. I tried it again but used my personal Visa card and the reader said decline. Lastly I used my Business American Express card which never declines and it declined. I ended up calling American Express to see why my Business card declined. The account manger explained that my didn’t show a declined transaction on the American Express system and it was the merchants system that is not processing the payment. After my call with American Express, the front desk employee explained that the computer is saying not processed instead of declined. We had to switch to a different computer and card reader. On the first try the transaction was approved. This whole process took over 20 minutes of my time that I needed to be checked in and get prepared for my first business meeting. It took 2 days for housekeeping to come and swap out the wash cloths and towels. They didn’t swap out the bed sheets and pillow covers. We wanted to get ice for the room but there was no ice machine. We had to ask the front desk for a bag of ice in which they keep some in refrigerator in the lobby.
