The room was nice, and staff were very kind and helpful. Had trouble with the TV as it had no ability to stream netflix or Amazon movies... not sure why. Food was excellent.

Yes the room was heated and comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff in the front desk. Room is exactly as described and they did not ask e for a $100 deposit like the previous place asked me for. Excellent so far.
