Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom with a game room and jacuzzi style bath tub in the Philly delco suburbs will keep the entire family entertained.

Free off street parking available.

A short drive away to restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, parks and other amenities.

Perfect for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and small group getaways.
Other things to note
1 free driveway parking space other vehicles can park on the street for free. Fire station sirens may be heard in the distance during your stay.

Outdoor amenities: Guest may need to wipe down outdoor furniture from debris from trees etc. Guest are welcome to use fire pit however they must provide own firewood which can be purchased nearby at local grocery or hardware store.

The house was clean and tidy, check in went smoothly. The linens were clean and abundant. The couches were comfortable. The leg on one of the beds appeared to be broken or close to breaking, so we utilized the other room. There were many lights out in the kitchen and no light for the living room. Most of the knobs on the stove are broken, but we were able to manage cooking. There were ants in several rooms and we did see a mouse in the kitchen. Overall it was an adequate place to stay - especially for the price, but I don't know if I would return unless the pests were removed.

Great Little Place

We have family in the area and it was the perfect place to stay for our family of four. It was clean and well kept. The neighborhood is close to family so was perfect for us.

Nice rental, charmless neighborhood

Great beds, nice bathroom, full kitchen, quiet neighborhood though dirty (outside) and certainly close to Swarthmore. Would rent here again.
