「The condo was fine, but it was very sparse, no extra blankets or amenities. Fine. But, the dog park on the roof was closed, which was a KEY consideration when booking downtown because I am disabled and have a service dog. When I asked the very rough looking person at the front desk where I should walk my dog, they replied "You? You should not be on this street after dark. You walk in front of the door and I will keep an eye on you." I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, the plants in the...

「We’ve enjoyed ourselves so much here that we extended our stay until the 14th!!!」

「Good location! Manager answered all our questions and said they would fix the issues we had but never did. They gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. When they didn’t fix the very easy issues we didn’t address others. There is something wrong with the heating system. The thermostat didn’t work properly. The place was either freezing or way too hot. The kitchen door needs to be cleaned- it was very sticky. We enjoyed our stay overall! 」
