I will start with great appreciation to Britany and her prompt communication and excellent service. Location is excellent and the place was clean. I had read on past reviews that there were a lot of stairs, which is true, so just know this can be a hike if you have much luggage to carry up. I am new to VRBO so was caught off guard by 10am checkout, but the host was reasonable and accomodating when I was a little late getting out, but they were knocking at 10am to start cleaning. Service definitely propped up the rating, there were a few areas I think could be improved. The room itself had very squeaky floors, top and bottom so it was pretty noisy and squeaky. Very loud parties coming from other rooms, so we had quiet hours but did others? Missing toilet paper holder, no towels in bathroom, and only one bathroom at the top of very steep stairs were noticed immediately. Heat worked well. Lack of deadbolt on combo lock door was unsettling, I doubt they change combos after each visit, so being able to lock the door is it important. Only 1 bathroom and only 1 table for 2. Since two full size beds mostly fill the lower room and the pullout couch would fill the kitchen area, moving around would be tough at capacity. Maybe it works for some, but I think the space could be inproved by dropping to 4 or 6 and gaining some free space in the lower room, or maybe get a full size table. Anyway, call it what it is, an amazing location and reasonable place to stay for a short visit.

The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice, although we did not utilize it. The bathroom could use a shelf for storing toiletries, and towel racks would be nice for both the shower and hand towel. Shower could use a deep cleaning and possibly a different shower head. Sink water pressure in bathroom was extremely low. Small mirror in each bedroom would be nice for the women to get ready (when there are multiple). Luggage rack would help keep the bags up off the ground. The stairs to the 4th floor unit are really steep. Good amount of street noise and not to mention the unit has quiet hours, which the neighbors did not abide by and had an all night party with people coming and going with loud music. They were still going when we left at 4am on Sunday. I would hope the management company checks the ring camera for that night and passes along any fees associated with the disturbance. Thank you
