Golf Trip

Stayed here for a golf trip for my father’s birthday. Perfect location in relation to the course and easy walk to downtown Phoenixville. House was in excellent condition and the stay was very comfortable.

Really a great home to have as a base for a weekend vacation. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities and a feel of a real home and not just a space made to serve as a rental. Hopeful to stay again some day!

Anthony was very easy to communicate with and the property was excellent. Everything was clean and the hangout spot complete with ping pong table and arcade games was a blast! Would stay here again.

Highly Recommend!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is nicely updated and clean! Kitchen is nicely stocked. We also enjoyed the backyard, ping pong table and video games. And of course, it helps that it’s a short (.5 mile) walk to Phoenixville downtown area, which we love!

The property was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was very easy to reach, the property instructions were easy to follow. The street was charming. Stay here and take one worry off planning your overall trip.

In Town For Wedding

Short stay, would love to stay longer next time and explore. I grew up in Bucks Co., and did not spend much time in this neck of the woods. Home was quaint, quiet and well stocked. As or better than advertised.

I have never rented a vacation property before. This house was well stocked and had plenty of entertainment options. Very close to a grocery store in case you need something.

Family Friendly

We had a great time. The location to main street was about 1/2 mile, Reeves park is directly behind it with an awesome playground and even a car show when we stayed. Quiet, safe neighborhood as well. Great options for older kids who like xbox, bike riding, ping pong and darts. Limited for younger kids inside the house.

Great base in Phoenixville

My sisters and I were very happy with this spacious, quiet house. The location is perfect for walking the town or hiking the many trails. A very short drive to Valley Forge National Park; another place with trails and loads of history. The owner was very quick to respond to inquiries. We will rent again if we decide to visit this charming town.

The wedding

House was perfect location to wedding at Valley Forge National Park-about 15 minute drive. Walking distance to downtown Phoenixville shops and restaurants as well as grocery store. House was clean, well equipped, and comfortable for 2 87 year old grandparents and 2 teenagers-plenty of room to spread out!

Daughter’s Wedding!

Anthony’s home was just perfect for our daughter’s Phoenixville wedding! The home’s location was so idea to our venue at Franklin Commons, the hotels in Oaks and the family dinners on Bridge Street! Tony was quick with his responses! The home is just as you see in the listing, and better in person. We would definitely stay here again when planning a trip back to the area!

Hometown Feel

I grew up in Phoenixville and came home to visit family/friends, but wanted our own place to stay. This house is in a nice little part of town and had that same hometown feel of how I grew up. Homeowner was communicative as needed. I'd recommend this listing.

Very comfortable and welcoming.

Found the property to be comfortable, clean and well organized. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of good eatery within a few minutes Property is well maintained. We chose this area because it was 30 mins from Philly and 75 mins from Hersey park. Finally, owner is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly to any concerns. Tony, Thank you allowing us to stay at this property. We really enjoyed it!

National Archery Tournament

Our family traveled from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania to attend our daughter’s archery tournament. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The house itself is charming and immaculate. The location was perfect for us to find nearby groceries, dining, walking trails and shopping destinations. The owner goes beyond expectations to make your stay pleasant. I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat! I’m sad that next year’s archery tournament has been moved to another state! I’m going to miss this lovely home, neighborhood, and community.

baptism travel with family

The house was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed to prepare and have a family meal with 10 people on Saturday evening. Kitchen fully stocked. The appliances were all new and the window air conditioners allowed each couple to cool rooms to their own desired temperature. Beds were comfortable and the young adults enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes in the garage. We will definitely book this VRBO again.
