Showed up at 945pm to check in. We get to our room open the door and somebody else’s stuff is in the room with the TV on. We leave immediately to the front desk and they say nobody should be in there. Well the cleaning people should have noticed if somebody was still in the room so do they just not clean the rooms? While we were trying to get a new room one of the tenants was complaining about roaches and mice at the front desk. It’s a shame because the building and rooms look great from the outside and the location is also good.
