Family Fun and Games at West Lofts

Our family's stay at West Lofts was an absolute delight! We chose this lovely property when visiting our daughter for a long weekend, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The Sosuite we stayed in offered unique spaces that were not only fun but also incredibly functional. The highlight for us was the building lounge, which became our go-to spot for family games. With pool and ping-pong tables, it was the perfect setting for some friendly competition. Having a fully-equipped kitchen in our loft was a game-changer. It gave us the flexibility to prepare our own meals, which was especially handy for a family with diverse tastes. The combination of historic charm and modern comfort throughout the entire building was a unique and enjoyable experience. The location was spot-on, making it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhoods of Philadelphia. Overall, our stay at West Lofts was memorable, and we can't wait to return.

UPenn Vet Hospital Stay

Clean place. Very cool old school with excellent gym. Only thing is that it wasn't clear to me that parking is on-street only but was able to find street parking each time I had to.

Started with the legal doc which releases them from everything. Then the required 250 deposit and Pet Fee which weren't a part of the "all fees included" price. Then parking is a nightmare, then no one answering the door for 15 minutes in the rain, then previous renters were still there had to leave and come back after dark, entry FOB didnt work so left outdoors again in the rain, then windows sealed with packing tape and best the heater could do was 59 degrees. We cancelled early and they charged us for 3 nights when we only stayed for 2, Disaster.

The only issue we had was Monday morning we did not have internet service, therefore no TV. They needed to restart the router but could not do it in a timely matter. We had added ESPN on our account so we could watch hockey. They were supposed to close the account once they got it up and running and then email me. I never received an email. I contacted them yesterday and they said they would look into it and get back to me but nothing. I doubt they did anything or will do anything.

They staff was great, answered all questions and concerns. Very professional. Check-in process very simple. Very safe, clean and quiet. In a good location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Philadelphia
