Overall, the apartment was great! Main complaints were just a few basic living items were missing: floor mat for coming out of the shower, soap by the bathroom sink, tissues, face wash cloth. The check in process was straight forward and communication was great.

Safe location, close to popular areas, easy & affordable parking

If you’re looking to staying in philly your first concerns would be safety of location, easy access to tourist areas and easy parking. Well this place has all of that PLUS, a amazing loft, huge balcony and comfortable clean beds, this place is the hot spot. the view is amazing. It’s near everything that’s fun, a quick trip to china town for good food is 10 minutes, there’s a bar/restaurant right down stairs for late night food. It’s all together a great stay. Me and 5 other friends/family had a great trip and this was the best place to lay our heads. Accommodations were nice. Everything sailed smoothly, DEFINITELY would book again!

Love this place.

Was clean, Steve at the front desk was insanely awesome, and a great guy. The loft was perfect, the outdoor deck area was great, the beds were super comfortable, would recommend. Note to owner, I think the water heater is on its way out, is a 50 gal unit, but maybe only producing 20 gallons per use. The loft was super cozy and super nice. Highly recommend. Communication with manager was flawless and instant. H

Bridal Suite HEAVEN

After postponing my wedding for an entire year, it was finally time to get ready with my bridesmaids but we were working with a whole new set of challenges including needing some outdoor space AND being a lot closer to the venue in Spring Arts. This VRBO listing was PERFECTION. My mom, sister, and I all stayed the night before the wedding so that we could set it up for hair and makeup, had AMAZING views of the city from the ENORMOUS back porch, and had no trouble getting in and out of the space. The hosts were so incredible communicating with us when we had some questions about cleaning up the morning after the wedding, they were incredibly attentive and available for any questions throughout the stay, and found the space INCREDIBLE to serve as a homebase for the bridal party. In an area that doesn't have much in the way of hotels, we felt like we won the lottery here! SUPER close to some of Philly's coolest breweries, murals, and a not-too-far walk from the spectacular rail park. Parking was honestly not too tough nearby, too!

Great place!

We were a group of friends catching up. The apt was very clean, spacious, and we loved the terrace! We found great restaurants as well. The only thing that keeps us from giving it a 5 star rating is there was a certain “smell” in one of the rooms. It was very powerful and we ended up getting a plug in. We think it came from another apt through the vents. We were just really surprised they smoked alll day! We are happy to return in the future without the smell. Thank you, Giselle

Good place for a group

We had a larger group; 6 of us stayed here for a bachelor party in town. Between activities, this apartment was the perfect place to hang out during the down time. The large "private deck" is a great bonus with a good view of the downtown skyline. The surrounding neighborhood is very up-and-coming, but there are a few good restaurants around the corner and enough foot traffic where we felt safe in a group even late at night. Check in and check out were very easy, and I was able to contact their customer service to request more towels without any issue. One downside is that the bedrooms get quite hot; maybe we needed to adjust the thermostat more, but they were hotter than the main room which seemed to get more air. Overall good stay, worked out well for our large group.

Super cute

This place was at least as nice as the pictures indicate. The apartment was huge, bright and fresh. We loved having the private patio. The only down side was that there were loud parties for 2 of the nights that we were there; but, I would still stay here again!
