Wonderful stay

The Condo was so comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely when returning to Philadelphia. Stay there again.. The building was beautiful with lots of amenities.

Insufficient toilet paper.Beeping smoke detector.Kitchen sink without water.Notified host of all will very slow response (hours) and NO ACTION ON ANY OF THE THREE ISSUES. As a 68 year woman with a cracked bone in my shoulder, the only solution to the beeping was for me to carry a stepladder provided by the concierge up 6 steps, up an elevator and into the apartment. Also, there's a basketball court across the hall, so it sounds like a gym for extended periods of time - squeaking shoes and verbalizations. Worst stay ever. There was only one water glass and one wine glass.
