Lovely Time in Philly

We had a great time and this was the right place to stay. There was plenty of space and the parking spot was a lifesaver. It was great to have a 24 hour front desk person, beautiful courtyard and snack machines. The location was great.

Long weekend

We stayed here while visiting the city of "Brotherly Love". The host was reachable at all times and the home worked perfect for us. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to be equipped with all you would need. The beds were comfortable and the living room cozy.

Great place

The beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean. There is a lot of road noise at night so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The parking garage is very tight for a full size pickup but doable. The gym was also very nice. The location is great for walking.

Fine but not great.

The unit we felt was clean and as described. The location was fine, being across the street from Target was great benefit. The location in Philadelphia as a whole was ok. The parking garage was sooo dirty. The hallways in the building often had a sour smell and in some areas smelled of dog/pet urine which was a turn off when entering or leaving the building. The hosts were available and provided good information before during and after our stay.

Great Communication

When we checked in, the A/C wasn't working. Elizabeth was immediately responsive and communicated with us throughout - exactly how you would want it handled. Apart from that, the apartment is lovely and spacious. Very well located for exploring Philadelphia.

Unfortunate

It’s located relatively close to things but on an extremely loud corner. The HVAC went out on our third evening. It’s mid-June. While the heat is not as oppressive as it will be come August, it is hot and humid and due to the location too loud to open windows overnight. It also didn’t feel particularly safe given the location. The master bathroom sink faucet handle was broken and it appears a few pictures are missing from the walls. The only solution offered for the broken AC was a floor fan. We had to relocate. Our stay at this apartment was an unfortunate part of an otherwise lovely visit to one of my favorite cities. It is definitely not worth the cost.
