-Keurig k-cup and drip coffee maker (ground coffee provided, k-cup are not provided) tea, creamers and sweeteners

-Pots, pans and baking dishes
-Storage containers, mixing bowls, dish towels and knives
-Dishes, glass, silverware and lots of wine, champagne and cocktail glass in the bar area. Plastic plates, cups serving bowls and pitcher for outdoor. (Please no glass by pool.)

OUTDOORS

-Pool (heated between 84-85 degrees from 8am- 8pm/October through April; $75 per day fee to heat the pool(non-refundable). One day’s notice required for pool heating. The ability to consistently maintain this temperature will depend on your use of the solar cover when not in use) Pool will be a swimmable temperature but not like a hot tub.
