Located in the heart of beautiful Scottsdale our recently renovated home has a modern vibe and is only a 5-minute drive to Old Town and so much more! It's in the best location Scottsdale has to offer!

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and super-fast high-speed internet (100 Mbps +) Gas BBQ, and a heated pool and hot tub (additional $100 per day to heat pool/hot tub)!

Kick back on the plush wrap around sofa and watch TV on the 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV in the living room.

The lux kitchen is fully equipped boasting stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, quartzite countertops, and shaker cabinets. Sit down to eat at the 8-person dining table and catch up with loved ones.

Once you've settled in, step outside to the immaculate backyard for some outdoor fun. With a private pool and hot tub, nighttime light features around the landscaping, gas grill, and, this backyard is perfect for entertaining throughout your stay.

The master bedroom stands apart with a king-sized bed, a 50-inch flat-screen, and an en-suite bathroom.

The 2 bunk beds are queen over queen beds

*Pool heat available for an additional $100/night and 3 night minimum required. Please note: pool reaches ~84-86 degrees with heat* The hot tub does not have jets.

Enjoyed our stay, but the house needs attention for future renters.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. However, the house needs attention for future renters. The ice maker was broke. There was broken glass in the bottom of the garbage disposal. Our biggest frustration was the lack of hot water. We didn't take a hot shower our entire time there. And expecting renters to turn the hot water heater on and off is pretty ridiculous - in my opinion. We had issues with heating the pool and hot tub, but those were addressed appropriately. I'm not sure we would stay at this property again based on this experience.

Exceeded Our Expectations

The home was exactly as described. The pool was exceptional. It was just the right temperature and the sounds of the waterfall was very relaxing. The outside seating area was wonderful. Patio was lit at night and allowed us to sit outside and play cards. The putting green was a lot of fun. The home was well furnished. We used the kitchen every day. It had everything we needed to prepare meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was easy peasy. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
