"Room was fine. Hot tub was smelly. Breakfast was pretty good with eggs and waffles. Bacon or sausage would have been nice, but the breakfast was still pretty good."

"The hotel seems in need of refreshing. It was dreary and gave the impression that a lot of amenities or services have been cut: no bellmen (and very rickety luggage carts for guests to use), broken patio door, ice machine not working, signage (such as for parking, etc., and which entrances to use) was unclear. We did not use the pool or have any meals because we checked out after the first night. I will say that the bar and bartender were excellent!"

"Amazing! Very clean. Beautiful property! Great, friendly staff - total sweethearts. The pool was relaxing and fun. Wonderful signature cocktails. The food at the restaurant was so delicious! Pet friendly, with appropriate considerations for those with pet allergies. Great location - close to many restaurants and shopping. Very accommodating. Just a really thoughtful hotel and overall enjoyable atmosphere. My new favorite. "

"The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!"

"Check-in: Was disappointed that we didn’t receive an upgrade or at least a king bed during our 6-night stay. The front desk claimed that they didn’t have a king for the whole duration of our stay. I had asked for a king bed 2.5 months ahead of our stay. Why we chose the hotel was because it honored VIP status. Disappointing start to our stay. Room: A good size. Beds were not comfortable. They were too soft and had some sunken areas in the mattresses. They stock Keurig regular, decaf and teas with cream and sugar. Odd they don’t have wine glasses or opener in the room. Not a lot of channel selection…mostly basic and they are not smart TVs. Wished they used black out curtains instead of shutters for the windows…doesn’t block out night. Smart to have front door away from hallway. Staff: Front desk seemed transactional and not warm. Housekeeping was great and friendly. Bell hop is courteous and helpful. Pool staff were nice. Gaming table staff are nice. Pools: The pools and hot tub were not clean…debris and bugs. The west pools are much nicer than the east pools. Fitness center: Nice size…has most everything you’d want. Has a nice view being located on the top floor. Parking: Valet is great…you can call down and your car will be there when you get down there. There’s also plenty of free self park. Food: We enjoyed the convenience of the cafe and their turkey wrap and pastries are solid. The cantina restaurant was ok. It was nice to have restaurants at the hotel. "

"The pools were wonderful. It is a dated resort but clean and well maintained. Lots of walking availability. Great views. The buffet was good but could use a few more options. Ordered from the menu and it was very good. Restaurant staff excellent. Walk up the mountain! It did rain one day and we didn't have a place to go. Could use a desk in room. Use online ordering for Starbucks. "

"Luv the way the motel is laid out around the pool. Room was large and had all the essential appliances. The pool club had billiards, air hockey, and fuseball. Very comfortable atmosphere!"
