Great house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great house. Located in a really nice neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, stores, great hiking spots. We didn’t use it, but has a nice pool in the backyard. There’s a great patio out back too which was great to enjoy breakfast or to just relax. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next winter getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay with easy access to everything in North Scottsdale. Cooling off in the pool each evening felt like a luxury. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked at home a lot. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The south facing backyard is amazing. Lovely to sit out and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. We did not use the pool but it is a nice feature. Kitchen is well equipped with most everything you would need. Double front garage and use of bicycles. Washer and dryer as well,Enjoyed our stay no complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were here for my husbands work with our little maltipoo. The pool was awesome, that’s where I spent my days. The home is convenient to awesome restaurants and shopping. When we are in Scottsdale this is where we will stay if it’s available.

Steve and his place are awesome. Steve is very attentive and responsive. Whenever we needed to communicate, he responded immediately. The house has a great neighbourhood and is near many attractions. Recommend highly!

Loved this property! It was exceptionally clean. It had all of the amenities listed along with comfy furniture and beds. The garage was great for keeping the car out of the heat. The pool was chilly (we failed to pre-buy heat) but was great for afternoon relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked. The paper products and dish soap are all provided but remember to bring your laundry soap and temporary food storage (ziploc bags, foil, etc.) Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! My husband and adult children were in town for a surprise birthday party. Even though we enjoyed the festivities of being with friends and family we couldn’t wait to get back to our beautiful VRBO. The neighbor was so quiet. So relaxing! Floating in the pool in the evening was what we enjoyed. The beds, pillows and overall accommodations were exceptional. We would book again in a minute. Thank you Steve for your flexibility as our group went from one son staying with us to two daughters joining the fun!

Great Experience!

This vacation was one of the BEST we have had. My mom and I met with my 2 sons and their significant other's (Phoenix was our 'halfway point') and the house was the perfect set-up. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We even baked a birthday cake for my son's 24th birthday and had access to baking pans and a mixer. We enjoyed the backyard and pool. The weather was still warm so we didn't need the pool heater. Great neighborhood and close to everything. We even joked about how picture perfect it was with the cute bunnies bouncing around between the houses.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Fully stocked and clean kitchen with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. Very clean and spacious living and sleeping areas. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing! The backyard was clean and there were 2 separate grass areas along with a desert gravel/rock area.
