- This new 3-bedroom, 2-bath single story home is perfectly located on a large corner lot! Centrally located close to Peoria Sports Complex, MLB Spring Training Facilities, and only 45-minutes from downtown Phoenix. Amenities include 2 community pools (March-October), multiple parks, and much, much more! Perfect for a baseball weekend getaway, travel ball tournaments, or a place to call home while in the city of Surprise! You will not be disappointed.

Clean, well appointed and perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay here for our trip to explore the Black Hills. The coffee pot was a big perk for us and made our stay more comfort. We were also very grateful for the state park pass, which we used twice! Very impressed with our accommodations!

Very happy with our stay
Such a comfortable home to stay in and very quiet neighborhood (except jets from air force flying over but it was cool). Great location as we had to drive to Texas spring training facility every day. Home had everything we needed and owner was very easy to get ahold of.

Spring Training
We stayed for 2 weeks during spring training and had a great time! The house was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped (even had a printer). Nice neighborhood and the community pool was great. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home
Wow! This property was absolutely perfect for our time in AZ for our son’s baseball tournament. It is more than fully stocked with everything you could ever need! It’s roomy, comfortable, and truly felt like home. We highly recommended this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Surprise!
