House and outdoor area were spacious and beautiful. Unfortunately the pool heater did not work during our stay and the pool was an unusable 68-70 degrees. A pool is the number one factor my party considers when renting in Arizona, so this was a big disappointment. The rental company did send someone to fix it, twice, and some members of our party did utilize the pool the last afternoon of our stay once it hit 75 degrees. I urge anyone who rents this place to read ALL the fine print. We asked for a partial refund and we were directed to the fine print in an email sent 2 months prior…no partial or total refunds for basically any reason. As someone who also has a property listed on VRBO and understands that unexpected things happen, I was disappointed in the rental company’s refusal to make things right. I would not rent this house again and wouldn’t recommend unless you have faith nothing will go wrong or are okay with being screwed over.
