This apartment was cute and definitely quiet! The host Dale was quick to respond and there were no issues or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet place you can leave the front door open the kitchen table and work without hearing one peep for anything or anybody.

You get whar you pay for I guess. Not only is the Host rude but for the amount of so called rules for the apt is ridiculous. For a non smoker and it says no smoking and the apt reeks of cigarette smoke and other stuff. The washer is louder and off balance and louder than the neighbors. The TV needs a pass code just to access which unless you are bleiing the host up does not get resolved. The doors don't even close or lock so good luck getting privacy. Be aware you have to bring ALL your own stuff. There's no trash bags or extra anything. Using the same 4 cups is a hassle especially for a place that sleeps 10. The futon is broken and seems more like it's a qeoking project to stay

The kitchen is nice but that’s it. The beds are rock hard even the futons are hard and hurt your back the washing machine jumps around like unbelievably crazy couldn’t do laundry there the sink clogged up due to orange peels and other stuff left in there from previous people. Bedding is cheap and rough shelves wobble like crazy the GFI plug in the bathroom shorts out constantly. Just annoying and very unhappy with the stay.
