This home is a well thought out vacation destination from start to finish. Much thought and care went into making this a comfortable and accommodating home base for you. From quality, comfortable furnishings, high-end mattresses, fresh carpet and interior/exterior paint to a well-stocked kitchen with everyday appliances and many extra amenities, we tried to cover all bases from sleeping to eating to playing for your utmost enjoyment.
Main Level:
With a spacious master bedroom and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a second bedroom with queen bed an adjacent full bathroom makes the home perfect for multi-generational families. The living room and kitchen have a large and open concept separated by a spacious island. A full dining room with a large family dining table is just off the kitchen, perfect for family and holiday meals. We also wanted to provide a space for those who work remotely and need to check in while on vacation. A comfortable computer desk, chair and printer are yours to use. The laundry room is also located on the main floor for your convenience.
Upstairs:
The first thing you see upstairs is a fun game, movies and gathering room. An arcade, board games and big screen smart TV makes for a great hang out spot for kids or family movie night. The sleeper sofa converts into a double bed. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with a queen bed, are beautifully decorated and roomy with plenty of closet space for your belongings. A third darling kids’ bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed plus a twin trundle provide a dreamy space for your kiddos to play and sleep. A third full bathroom with double vanity shares the upstairs space.
Outside:
This private backyard oasis has no neighbors on one side and no one behind you. It is quiet and relaxing to take in the beautiful sunset views. On the patio, you’ll find comfortable and shaded furniture surrounding a gas firepit and mounted TV to ensure you take advantage of Arizona’s outdoor lifestyle. You also have a built-in outdoor grill area, a putting green, optional heated pool and spa with poolside loungers and additional seating, play area are all at your fingertips for your enjoyment.
Smart TV's are located throughout the house. Hundreds of channels, HBO, Showtime, Sports, News and Movies are available and included via the Superbox. Ceiling fans are located throughout the air-conditioned home for good air circulation on those hot days and a supply of all your basics, toiletries, laundry and dish detergents are provided to get you started. One of the best things about this home is its versatility. It is suited to larger families wanting to spread out or smaller families wanting a spare bedroom for visitors. It is also ideal for those with older family members needing 1-2 bedrooms without stairs. In the garage, you’ll find an indoor double shootout basketball game along with other sports equipment and a cooler for your use.
