Located along the Continental Golf Course and 10-mile greenbelt great for walks, running and biking. The Sunrise complex includes two large heated pools, two hot tubs and exercise room just seconds out your door. Unit is Located on bottom floor with nearby free covered parking. Enclosed patio area off living room. Laundry is available nearby onsite. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and Spring training, Scottsdale Stadium, shopping and restaurants.

Ownership has been very accommodating and reasonable throughout the entire stay. Communication has been great and the ownership has been very transparent throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
