I usually don’t write reviews but this hotel was by far one of the worse I’ve been to and I couldn’t just leave and find another hotel because I had my kids with me for a track early next morning and we arrived around 7pm. The floors was pathetically dirty i told the manager he came to my hotel room to see for himself and called housekeeping she came with a swifter jet mop that was probably dirtier than the floors n use it to clean my floor all she did was leave steaks of the mop itself. The towels were clean but stained the pillow cases were clean but stained the mini fridge smelled bad in the inside jus all around a terrible hotel period

Zero staff. Took a $40 cash deposit that was supposed to be returned the next day at checkout. No one available when trying to checkout. Waited around for 2hrs and nobody showed. A big scam! Tried contacting with no success. People banging on door and trying to get in middle of night. Again no staff. Sheets not clean and smoke detectors disabled???

They overbooked, so even though I had a reservation, the front desk young man said good luck. He didn't apologize, but said he'd get me a refund with no offer to help me. I think that's illegal when a hotel overbooks. I had to call Expedia, who ended up helping me with a better hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was changed to 3 different rooms, the first one had a dirty room bed was not kept clean, bathroom and floors dirty, changed to second room the one it had holes on the covers (burns), changed to 3rd room stain bed covers, pillows, bathroom and curtains un flush toilet, when I went back to front desk desk the attendant told me in an unpleasant tone to deal with it, I requested to speak to ma manager attendant replied I don’t have to call anyone, I tried to collect my thunks to leave but the key didn’t open, asked the front fest to change the key they replied that they were off to get back in the morning, I couldn’t check out to get my deposit and slept in the car.

Room was prepaid yet they tried to charge extra when trying to check in because room had 2 beds even though room reserved and paid for was a single. Refused to check in and had to have bank reverse charges.

The room had a piece paper on the door before entering the room and upon entering I was met with a foul,putrid,mucky smell and the sheets look 20 years old and haven’t been washed in 20 years either. The shower was broke and the sink was dirty as well. And I had to check out after maybe 30 minutes and I’m not even a picky person but this is single handily the worst motel I’ve ever seen and when I was checking out there was also another man infront of me in outrage about the status of his room as well so it wasn’t just a me think and the place also had horrible reviews online which I decided to ignore which was the dumbest decision I could’ve made!

The staff wasn't friendly. We only had sheets on our beds. We only got 2 bath towels for 2 people. No hand towels or washcloths. No bathmat. Cale wires were hanging loosely. There is a $10 mandatory housekeeping fee that ois written on the bottom of a form. Luckily we were there for only 1 night. Will not book here again!!!

Guests aren’t allowed access to the office. You have to check in through a window which is awkward especially since the manager has an accent that is difficult to understand. The swipe card for my room I was given has no room number on it. I have memory issues and forgot it. I was required to put down a $40 security deposit. I understand that will be refunded when I check out, but I don’t always carry $40 in cash. There is apparently no closet in this room. I needed someplace to hang up my clothes.
