Love the Devonshire Canto

This was our third winter at Chance’s condo. It’s nice and roomy and has everything that you need. In addition, it is pet friendly, which is such a bonus.

Very comfortable condo

Chances’s condo is very nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen contains all the needed apparatus. Everything was quite clean. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable furniture on the balcony. We used the well stocked gym often. The condo is near downtown Phoenix and there are many good restaurants within a short drive. Also an excellent park is nearby. We have already rebooked.

Very nice property. Very clean. Chase is excellent at communication anytime I had a question.

We needed a rental with a time frame we were unsure of. Chase was very helpful and accommodating. His condo was great and I would highly recommend this rental.
