Darling studio apartment. It would be helpful to have blackout curtains and some kind of place to put a suitcase on, I suggested a dresser of some sort in the entry way. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful and being over 70, I felt very safe to walk to conference activities in the evening. It was also awesome to have a guaranteed parking spot so I could go see friends anytime and not worry about parking when I came "home"!
