- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the neighboring properties’ peace and enjoyment are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and fines up to $5,000. - Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning. 
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.



Luxekey Cancellation Policy:    
- 30+ days prior to arrival date:  100% Refund
- 14-29 days prior to arrival date:  50% Refund
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date:  No Refund, minus cleaning fee if applicable
