Spend the Day Next to the 82° Heated Pool (Pool Heat optional at $75 night) w/ 6 Chaise Lounge Chairs - 2 large day bed lounge chairs & 4 traditional chaise lounge chairs. Get Ready for Dinner, Have Drinks, Play Ping Pong and Cornhole, & Take Pictures in front of our 4 Murals, Neon Lights, and Selfie Stations. Enjoy the Night Out in Neighbouring Old Town Scottsdale & then Return Home to Watch the Pool Fountain & Backyard Light Show.

Pool Heating is optional and only available upon request. Same Day Pool Heating Requests are only honoured if the request is made and paid before Noon
Cost to heat the pool:
Pool heated to 82 degrees $75 per night
Pool heated to 92 degrees $150 per night
Pool heated to 102 degrees $250 per night

We do not offer air mattresses, pack n plays, nor high chairs.

$1,000 Fines:
1) Any noise ordinance of citation from the police
2) Glass found in the pool or hot tub
3) Any evidence of entering the locked pool equipment area, the locked closets inside or outside of the house.

All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent together and may not be rented or offered for rent independently.
All Dwelling units, including Holiday Rentals and Short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependant children).
Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event centre, or other similar use is prohibited.
