The staff was wonderful. I had problems with the rooms. The first room had a leak in the bathroom, that flooded the floors. The second room had a broken shower door. And I requested a room on first floor to help me with my disability with walking. The manager said he could not change my request and instead placed me in a room on the second floor, furthest from the elevators….not helpful at all!

Jordan at the front desk has horrible customer service. I booked a standard room with a king bed and a city view and was giving a disabled person room with a parking lot view and was told by jordan, there was nothing he can do.
Be careful with this place.They will bait and switch you.
