Very comfortable home for up to 10 people! Good outside gathering spots and large table for eating together. Appliances were new and in great working order. Host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We will rent this place again.

There were not enough towels for our reserved 9 guests and the towels that were left on the beds were wet. I contacted Mathew right away but it took a few hours for it to be resolved. You could tell they were in a rush to clean the place - it wasn't super clean. The ice wasn't working so we removed the basket and it was so gross and there was gross meat left in the freezer - it needs a cleaning for sure. Contacted Mathew about having my sister and her husband over to visit - it states you will be charged a fee if anyone comes over so i didn't want to pay for them to visit and it took hours for this situation to be resolved as well. Its a fine place for the price but it could be a lot better.

Matthew was quick with answers and his home was perfect for our trip to Phoenix to watch the Dodgers first two games of Spring Training. Just one minor issue with the kitchen faucet, it seemed to not be working but after a couple of messages, Matthew let me know (very gently), that there is a sensor on the side of the faucet that needs to be activated with a wave of your hand in order for the water to run. Location was perfect to the 2 fields that we visited (Angels and Padres Staudiums) and lots of places to eat. Thank you Matthew for opening you home to us and being such a great host.
