The couch smelled like a cat. If you have cats then you will not mind the smell. The bedrooms did not smell - I suggest you hang out in there to avoid the smell. The pool was not open so that’s also an issue if you thought you were going to enjoy that feature.

Great Location

We stayed here for 4 nights. Great location. Close to Old Town, great restaurants, hiking trails. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice little get away

Nice place and location. Pool didn’t seem to be heated….unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best as expected we hit a chilly streak but location was great and next time we will be able to explore more. First time for us so didn’t realize all the things we could have done. Thank you!

Winter family visit

This upstairs condo unit was exactly what we needed for a winter getaway to Phoenix. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do and we really enjoyed the community hot tub after a long desert hike. The unit was stocked well and clean. Communication with the manager was easy and they were very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Winter getaway

Great location, lots of nice trails to walk very close to condo.. Pool area and hot tub were great too. Condo was very clean , and had everything you needed for cooking. Only concern was the king size bed upstairs needs an upgrade, very big dip on one side. I slept downstairs and hubby up as I couldn’t sleep in the bed..

Amazing stay

Honestly could not have asked for a better spot for our stay. We used the pool daily, made our meals and hiked early in the morning! The location was perfect to See the wild horses, so many hikes and go shopping! We loved our stay! The pull out bed was perfect for our kids and the spare bedroom! Shower/baths were ideal for a family with kids. Clean kitchen and kind neighbors

Park is great for a small family. We took our 3 year old daughter and you can walk right out the condo to Camino park which has a nice playground

Perfect condo had everything we needed. The park to walk everday was certainly a plus. The condo is close to Old Town and all great restaurants. Will be back in November. Really enjoyed pur stay.

The facility is very nice. However, the sheets were not clean when we got there and the hot tub and pool were not working properly the entire time. Sometimes it would work other times it would not. they never seemed to solve the problem.

Great family condo

This condo was perfect for our trip to AZ for Spring Training. The condo had every thing we needed. It was comfortable and clean. The frisbee golf out the front door was a huge hit! The pool was really nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Walker and cyclist paradise

Great location for everything we want to do in Arizona. Our holiday bucket list is golfing, cycling, walking trails and shopping. The location is ideal for all. Only thing missing was live football on TV. We are from Canada so very difficult to stream. Would have liked a few live football channels

WONDERFUL stay at this property!

I had the pleasure of spending 30-days in this wonderful property. From the cleanliness to the location to the natural light and the ease of location...this was a great stay! The property owners are easy to work with and accommodating! The property is in a nice neighborhood wiht easy communtes to Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. I loved the vibe - the space - and the experience. Would book again without hesitation! Thank you for a great experience!!

Warm and wonderful week in Scottsdale.

We had a great stay! This condo is in a perfect location in a quiet residential area. Close to Old town Scottsdale and access to the freeway to go to Gilbert and Mesa. Minutes from the ballpark where we saw the Colorado Rockies v Brewers spring training game. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and we were very comfortable there for the week. We loved the nice walking path behind the complex. Two small issues - not much they can do about them- the air conditioning is very loud upstairs - like a freight train and when the garage doors open below it is loud. Other than that- very clean and safe and the people in the complex were very friendly! I would recommend this condo to friends.

Say Yes to the Dress

Some of the bridal party came to help find the “one”! Got a limo and rode all over town to shop! The condo was perfect for us four ladies. The landscaping was awesome and dog friendly! The location was beautiful and easy to find great restaurants. We would love to stay there again!!!

Great Location

We’ve been enjoying our stay here at Parkview Villas in Scottsdale. It’s close to a lot of the things we wanted to do, Golfing, ASU, Top Golf and some nice Resturants. The unit is a basic set up, has an ice maker, it’s clean and everythings in working order. The pool that’s near by is on the small side and wasn’t heated (beginning of Nov) we were able to find chairs and had a nice relaxing day.

Parkview Villas

Very, very clean and well set-up. Provided most things needed in kitchen. Needed to buy sugar and butter though, most spices provided for cooking. The neighbor (Andrew) was very pleasant and accepted our leftover food items when we left. One thing that left us hanging a bit on the morning of check-out is that the Internet/WiFi went out and thought they had cut-off access since it was our check-out day so we got nervous as we had no way to get a Uber by check-out time, however, we did figure it out and re-booted the modem for access

ASU visit

We came to tour the ASU Campus from San Diego. Great communication, easy arrival, great accommodations, AC worked great and easy to navigate. Our only complaint, the shower water pressure was pretty low and the water temperature kept wavering. Otherwise, a great stay! Thank you!

Golf trip
