Our experience staying at the Grayhawk home was delightful! The home is extremely comfortable and has everything a renter would need. The walking paths in the neighborhood are beautiful. A big bonus is that the location is close to fabulous restaurants and shopping.

VALLEY OF THE SUN

My sister and I were in the Scottsdale area to celebrate her 65th birthday by attending a three day Christian Music Concert held at nearby Highlands Church. This home was ideally located within the gated community of Grayhawk, a short drive not only the church, but restaurants grocery stores etc. Prior to, making the commitment to rent the property, I had a couple questions for Kate and we had a small issue with the washer during our stay. Hpwever, in both instances Kate was quick to respond. The home was well stocked as described. We enjoyed sitting out with our coffee in the morning and using the home's pool in the early afternoon. There is a large community pool directly across the street, but we chose to use the pool at the home.The home was updated and furnished in a contemporary decor. The neighborhood was quiet and about a thirty minute drive from Sky Harbor airport.I am an alumni of ASU, so one afternoon we took a drive there. ASU is about a 30 minute drive from the property.Fry's grocery, Starbucks, McDonald's and other retail is less than 10 minutes from the home.Kate did provide a list of restaurants.These are some of the ones we found either on her list or on our own and I highly recommend. The Italiano, Lure Fish House, Jalapeno Inferno, and Jade Palace.In summary, the property is as listed and described. The photos on are accurate and your host, Kate is quick to respond to any inquiries.I would not hesitate to stay here again.Wonderful!
