Dream home, couldn't possibly be any better

The home was very clean, the pool and hot tub were at the perfect temperature, everything was just right. We'll definitely be staying here again. Worth every penny!!!

Slumped Over in Scottsdale

Property accommodated 8 couples without any problem. Overall I would rate the house as good, the pool / patio area as great! Beautiful outdoor living space. Something for everyone, very spacious and relaxing. Location was great. Close to many amenities making travel to/from simple.

Everyone in the group just loved the place and had enough room to find their own spaces. We also asked PAD for some help with concierge services over the holiday weekend and a great hibachi experience, and they went above and beyond to give the group everything we could ask for. You will absolutely love staying here. This place is incredible!

We barely left the resort as there was so much to do. How fun was it to go out and pick an orange for breakfast or a meyer lemon.I chose the Casita as it was perfect for me. Nice having my own space as I wake much earlier than everyone else.The welcome package of snacks wine water was very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you for sharing this Exceptional property.

Sean was amazing to deal with, super easy going and communicative about our needs (which were minimal). The young lady who checked us in and gave us a tour of the property was very sweet and professional, even amongst the clowns that made up our party of 12 men. This house was a large part in making our Fantasy Football Draft one of the best ones ever

Reviewer Comments: With 5 children between the ages of 1 and 11, traveling anywhere for an extended period of time typically requires significant planning and quite a bit of luck. Staying here, however, as my kids continue to say, was the "Best Week Ever"!It was definitely up there. We had a total of 9 kids and 6 adults from age 1 to 77 and everyone had an incredible time (every day). The property was so spacious and had so much to do that we never even had a discussion about leaving. From the time we woke up, until the time we went to bed, fun was had by all. On top of the property, the service was everything you would want it to be. I can't say enough good things about this place - or company. No question that we'll return. 10/10 - easy.

Family Reunion at Scottsdale Oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing fun filled family vacation at the HOZHO Estate on the River in Scottsdale! The temps were well over a hundred degrees for our entire stay so the pool with the lazy river was where we spent most of our days and nights. The back yard was so inviting and entertaining. It was perfect with plenty of room and space for everyone of all ages. The house had ample room for all 22 of us with a really nice size great room and a beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and furnished with luxury bedding and mattresses. It was a nice surprise to have 3 of the bedrooms/living spaces separated from the main house which had 5 bedrooms. It helped to have a few quieter corners. The customer service from the management team was top notch and our every request and needs were accommodated. We had a spa day for the girls and a golf day for the guys. The rest of the time we spent just enjoying our time together in this beautiful oasis. Would definitely return and recommend!

Reviewer Comments: After our initial rental was canceled hours before we were supposed to move in, we needed a place with 9 bedrooms right away!Not to much places had that around Phoenix.We had planed a family vacation and had guests from Germany, Chicago and Massachusetts already arrived and no place!With exceptional help from VRBO and AZ Destinations we could move in almost at the same time we had planned with the other house.The whole situation had cost us some nerves but the house compensated for everything!It was just perfect! The photos of the property gives you an idea but in real it’s even better!Dennis from Premier AZ Destination kept me informed and calmed me down while the booking process. The house is a very modern European style, the beds have the most comfortable mattresses, the bathrooms have high end furniture and cosmetics.In the kitchen the only thing we were missing was a roll of aluminum foil to cover food. But plates are good covers too!The outside pool with lazy river, whirlpool, different seating areas, beautiful landscaping made it a very relaxing stay for us!This house was great replacement for us maybe even better!After the shock in the morning with the cancellation everything turned out great for us!Thank you very much!!
