Beautiful, Immaculate and Well Appointed Home

We were a multigenerational family of ten and all enjoyed the lovely house, plentiful common spaces, comfortable and well appointed bedrooms and dining areas. We stayed at the property so we could all be together for my son’s wedding in Mesa. This home is beautiful and well cared for. The hosts were amazing and checked in on us and helped when we needed them to. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting a beautiful and peaceful home to stay in that is close to many places and plenty of room to spend time together. Great spot.

Came down with my family and some friends. There was 9 of us and plenty of space. We hiked the Usury mountains in the AM and sat by the pool all afternoon. We enjoyed all of the games by the pool. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in the desert.

Great Home for Everyone

We just loved staying at this home. It’s super clean, well maintained, totally stocked with all you need and more. The bedrooms were large and relaxing. We all slept great! The interior layout gave privacy for all age groups. The exterior was well maintained with a very private backyard with birds and fruit trees. We swam in a nice heated pool at no extra cost. Played bocce ball and enjoyed the large covered patios. The is all on one level and very safe home. The best home we have ever stayed in. 1!!.

Wedding for Granddaughter!

Our stay was amazing. The home is beautiful and spacious with great floor plan that gave each of us our 'space'. Thoroughly enjoyed our entire time there and took full advantage of the beautiful pool as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes and glassware. We were there to enjoy our granddaughter's wedding and this home was very close to the venue! Thank you! Would stay again if occasion arises!

Great place for reunion with friends

Catherine’s house was a the perfect place to gather with our friends and their kids. She and her husband were very gracious hosts and made everything easy. There was so much space that despite having 4 kids and 4 adults it never felt crowded and everyone had their own place to hang out. The backyard was amazing, as was the pool. We didn’t explore the area as much as we wanted to because of the blazing heat, but it’s in a great location close to everything. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Phoenix area.

Annual family getaway

This home was perfect for our annual family baseball trip. Catherine and her husband made sure everything was easy and were attentive to our needs. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly, so everyone had their own space. The living room was set up so we all could watch a movie (or a ballgame) together as a family. The grandkids loved the pool and the backyard was very nice. The home was centrally located to all the events we were attending. We would definitely love to come back!

This property is easily the best property we have stayed at in AZ! The inside is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were incredible. There were 8 of us so we used almost every bed in the home and we all agreed that the mattresses were top notch! We also cooked all but one dinner in the amazing kitchen. The backyard is beautiful, and the patio with the misters was just perfect. Cannot say enough about the house, it was awesome.

Such a wonderful place for a larger group (7 adults 4 children) We had friends for dinner one night (we cooked all but one night) We had everything we needed for all meals, smoothies, drinks, etc. Two refrigerators, speaker system inside and outside. An amazing large couch for comfortable seating. Heated pool, plenty of outdoor seating, lots of safety for keeping the children safe around the pool. Just a great all around place with very kind, hospitable hosts.

Grandson's wedding

The property was beautiful, just like the pictures. Loved the fenced in pool and security measures. I could think of nothing that we needed that was not there. We had a small issue (our fault) and Brent was there in 10 minutes to help us. Was great for a large group.

From check-in to check-out this host and beautiful home exceeded our expectations. An in-person check-in and tour of the home got us off to a great start. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with necessities and included many extras for our use. The bedrooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. We had plenty to do with the pool (heated to 84 degrees), the BBQ grill and patio area, the billiard table, the theater style flat screen TV, a variety of games and fun things to do near by. Spacious home for a family/group

This home was perfect for our annual cousin’s trip. It was spacious and open enough where we weren’t on top of each other. The gathering spaces were perfect for our group. The backyard was a plus. We ended up not using the pool because it was dirty. The pool guy came to clean it as we were leaving. While I understand the weather can’t be controlled, it would have been nice to be able to use it. Outside of the couple of instances of unexpected people, I would definitely book again.
