Responsive Owner/Could use a few updates
Great location with recreational use path behind the condos and walking distance to Grocery stores and restaurants. We had a few concerns during our stay but the owner was very responsive. We arrived to stains on the sheets in the primary suite. The king mattress was not comfortable for us. It is an old mattress with body impressions that was covered with corrugated plastic board and topped with an extremely firm foam topper that is not memory foam, then covered with a waterproof pad. The linens and bedspreads were worn and in need of replacement. The guest room had a torn dust ruffle that was tucked in to cover the tear. The carpets are extremely worn. We awoke in the middle of the night to a wet hallway floor underneath the AC vent. The owner got someone out to take care of it as soon as she possibly could. We were a 2 month rental so we needed room for groceries. The freezer and pantry were pretty full when we arrived leaving hardly any room for our own groceries. The 2nd bedroom had a slightly more comfortable mattress so we stayed in there. It's considerably warmer in there though with no ceiling fan and a crackly plastic coated waterproof pad. The outdoor pool and hot tub had issues with cracks that the bees were living in rendering these areas not usable for the first month of our stay. They did fill the cracks eventually. Would be a great little rental with a few updates.
