The Perfect Stay

Great stay! The space was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located near everything in Scottsdale. My group was impressed with how immaculate and thoughtfully designed the decor was. We especially enjoyed relaxing outside by the pool and firepit in February. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

We loved this house! So many beautiful rooms and bathrooms, everyone felt very comfortable! The outdoor space was so fun! And the kitchen is massive! We definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Girls getaway

Wonderful property. Great location. Easy check in and out. My only suggestion would be to stock more soap packs for kitchen,bathrooms and laundry. Also adding more bathroom towels. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Very beautiful space that is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing as well.

The house is beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the outdoor table and pool. Our only problems were with the air conditioning upstairs. It was working on and off and in Scottsdale that is a problem. We thought the house could have had more appliances and cooking items in the house. We also felt like there wasn't enough towels for the number of guests. One of the downstairs bathrooms was having a drainage problem when the water was on. Other than that WE LOVED IT!

House is as pictured

Great size to accommodate 5 adult couples, great large outdoor table used often for meals. Very walkable to town. Cons- one sliding door was broken when we arrived. Half of the upstairs including two of the bedrooms were very hot during our stay despite the air conditioning running. Seemed a bit difficult to control the temperature in that size of a home. Lots of construction is happening down the street at the time of our stay. Overall we had a great time

Everything about this stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and well done. The couch is cozy and there are several great seating areas. I was hosting a "retreat" type event with a handful of clients and it was set up PERFECTLY for this. Everyone had their own private space plus bathroom (besides 2 upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom). It was an absolutely perfect alternative to a hotel. It would also be great for couples or families. (If you have little kids you might consider a gate or something to block the stairs, or check if the owners have an option like that). The showers and water pressure were excellent. The kitchen appliances are to die for. I would give a bonus star if possible. AND host communication was excellent.If I was forced to find a flaw (that's not really a flaw but something to know) - it's a new construction house in an area with older houses. The neighborhood itself was lovely, safe, and walkable to shopping and food, but I did have a tiny "the neighbors are going to hate us" when I initially pulled up. DO NOT let this stop you from booking unless that will really bother you and keep you from enjoying your stay.I have stayed at many rented homes for vacation with family, or hosting clients (usually using that other big company, but recently switching to VRBO) and this is in my top couple.
