The unit was fine, although quite dated and there have clearly been cats living in the unit at some point - it had a cat smell. Location was great for music festival in the park and unit was well stocked with everything we needed for a couple of days. The main problems were with the management company, Good Life Vacations. The unit changed companies after I had paid for my reservation. That resulted in my reservation being cancelled without my consent. I then had to figure out what happened and rebook with Good Life. It was a nightmare with bad communication, multiple failed payment attempts (my credit card kept thinking they were fraudulent). There was little proactive communication on their part and I had to seek them out for nearly everything, including check-in instructions 48 hrs. prior. That involved taking a selfie and attaching it through the VRBO chat, which didn't work. Finally, was charged an additional 84 for them to activate the door code a couple of hours early. Very frustrating experience with Good Life Vacations.
