The apartment complex is new and very modern. There is a wonderful social area with a large kitchen and a theater room. The pool was fabulous though it wasn’t heated in January or February. There is also a shared walking path for all the nearby apartment complexes which was a great surprise. Units have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable with modern styling and decor. The bedroom can be separated from the living area via a large glass panel door. The bed is actually a king size and not a queen as some of the descriptions stated so that was nice. The patio has lights that stay on constantly so it was difficult to darken the bedroom at night to sleep even with the blinds shut. If the patio lights had a switch, there would be no issue. There is an outdoor patio area with a small table and two chairs. The apartment is very close to I17.
