The location of this property was great for us. Everything we needed was with in a few miles. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to our request. The updated counters and cupboards are beautiful. We loved the spa.

Great home & Location

We enjoyed the property very much. Very spacious, pool & spa are very nice, plenty of activities at the place (pool table, ping pong, games both electronic and board). The property owners are very attentive. We called with a couple items and they were quick to resolve them. I would recommend this property to anybody!

Well appointed home in quiet neighborhood

Great VRBO property in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked with loads of cooking pans, pots, bowls, utensils, etc. There wasn’t anything we wanted that we did not find. Property is clean, neat with a pleasant back yard. We used the grill, pool table and hot tub (too cool for the pool). Short walk to a nice park.

Nice house and nice owners!

The house was very nice and clean. Great backyard and pool area, even though we didn't use the pool because it was a little cool yet. We did use the hot tub in the evening which felt great! The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the sleeping accommodations. It says sleeps 12. We had 10 adults and had a hard time sleeping everyone comfortably.

Perfect home away from home! :)

We are from Pennsylvania and had the opportunity to visit Arizona for a mix of business/pleasure from late January 2021 through April 2021. (It was unfortunate that we had ta miss the cold Pennsylvania winter - hahaha. Arizona is AMAZING in the 'winter'!!!! For our long term stay, we needed a comfortable home to accommodate our needs, our dog and the needs of visiting friends/family who came escape Pennsylvania for a bit and to enjoy the blue skies, sunshine and warm temperatures. The home is spacious, well maintained and situated in an established quiet and safe neighborhood where we felt very welcome. The backyard is spacious and private. Nikki was a pleasure to communicate with - always prompt, courteous and friendly. If you are mature guests looking for a great house, you won't be disappointed!!!!! :)

This house has a great outdoor pool area! Pool is not heated but it is very large and surrounded by a fence. Hot tub was great also. Kitchen was a little dirty upon our arrival, but all else was great. There were even 3 bikes in the garage we could use. Great area for a rental house. Would return!

Quick getaway

Renting from Nikki was easy and she was always available. This house suited our needs very well and we were even able to make a full Thanksgiving meal! Played pool and ping pong in the front room which added a nice fun thing to do as we were making dinner. Thank you Nikki 😊

Neighbors call cops for anyone swimming or outside after 10pm. Whole neighborhood is a giant Trump rally. Do not rent here if you would like to utilize pool and outdoor space after 10pm.

Fantastic pool retreat

We loved staying at Nikki’s house! The pool and backyard were a wonderful retreat and the neighborhood was so quiet. We loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and playing pool in the evenings. It was also really easy to work remotely from the house. Nikki was super helpful and available with a couple little things that came up. I highly recommend staying here!
