Awesome!!

Propery was amazing. Very clean, kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., back yard was just perfect with the pool & basketball goal. Pool table inside was great entertainment. We had 4 teenagers & 4 adults and perfect for all of us. Neighborhood was gated and lovely. Felt very safe and secure. Would stay again and Casago was amazing to work with as well. Would definitely check their rentals first.

Wonderful Stay!!

The owner, Casago and Catrina were great. Made our stay easy and without stress. Everything was taken care of, updated us when batteries were low in the locking mechanism. ( they took care of it) The backyard was peaceful and quiet. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay

We spent 4 nights and had a very enjoyable time. The pool and was the highlight. The house was fabulous even though the beds where hard we where hard and not ver comfortable. The entry gate code worked periodically making it difficult to get into the community at times. But overall a wonderful time and we would recommend this rental

The house was nice and in a great location. But we had several problems with the pool and hot tub.

The house was spacious and clean. We arrived on the Saturday night of a holiday weekend. The pool water was green and murky. There was a significant amount of dirt at the bottom. The pool pump was off. The rental management company was called. They called the pool service company but they didn’t come until Tuesday. While the pool man was vacuuming, the pump malfunctioned. It was fixed on Wednesday and the pool was finally clean. We attempted to use the hot tub on Thursday night...but it wasn’t working. Very frustrating!!! The pool table and basketball hoop were great for the kids....but there is a huge hole in the basketball backboard!! Probably will not stay there again.

Fun in the sun

12 friends gathered to celebrate turning 40 and this home was just perfect for it. The pool and pickleball court were all we needed to enjoy each other and soak up the sun. Would have enjoyed one extra bathroom, but the house is laid out well and is definitely taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Central Location to Tons of Fun

This house is the perfect location with awesome amenities for time at the house. Everyone enjoyed swimming, games, pickle ball and pool!! There is a grocery store just across from the entrance to the neighborhood. Cooking at home was easy with the fully stocked kitchen. We also ventured out to the Wildlife Zoo, botanical garden, Tempe Town Lake, Culinary Dropout, ATV Tour and Camelback Mountain. Luckily there is laundry (kids got a bit messy on a few of the adventures!) We traveled with two families … kids, teens and adults …. We all have the trip a 10!!

Really appreciated the size of the property and amenities as this was a work-cation for the adults. Teens enjoyed the pool almost daily. Appreciated the responsiveness of the property management team, such a pleasure to interact with them. Really liked that they checked in a couple times to make sure everything was as needed.

Family Wedding Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property. 7 people stayed in the property ranging in ages from 2 to 80. There was enough room and fun things for everyone to enjoy. The property is centrally located to shopping and restaurants so we really weren’t far from anything we needed. Property was clean, well stocked and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better home.

Lots of open space and things to do at the house

The layout of the home is great! So nice to have 6 bedrooms. Beds are uncomfortable and need either new mattresses or better quality toppers. Love the Pickleball court and swimming pool in the backyard!

Awesome large home in great location

Excellent property for our large extended family. Easy access to golf and Spring Training. Couple of things to note: TV in great room is very poor and there is no heated spa. We absolutely loved the pickle ball court, but be prepared to bring your own paddles and balls.

Great home but no frills

The home has a wonderful layout and accommodated our family very well. It is located in a great neighborhood and we loved the backyard. There are several things we liked about the home however there are several basic things missing. We had to purchase more towels, garbage bags and wiffle balls as there were not enough provided. We also had to purchase cookie sheets, the ones provided at the house were burnt to a crisp only to find out the oven would not go higher than 285 degrees. I'd recommend this place to others with the understanding that they would need to purchase the basic items you would expect in a vacation rental.

Great Bel Fleur stay
