Good location

The property had a good location, was clean and had plenty of space. The only drawback was the need to pay for a weeks worth of heating for pool and hot tub for the three night stay. Otherwise the stay was great.

Spring Break Getaway

The house was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were quick to answer questions we had while staying at the property. The pool didn't heat to a comfortable temperature consistently, but the hosts worked with us to do what they could to raise the temperature and assured us they will improve this for future guests. The hot tub was excellent and heated nicely during the agreed upon times of the day.

Excellent getaway with plenty of space!

The property was fantastic - the pool was just the right size to enjoy during a Phoenix Indian Summer. Property had all the amenities we needed and was ample size to spread out as well. Property managers were excellent communicators and quick to respond with answers to questions during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Family getaway

Had a great stay, loved spending time in the sun by the pool. The owners were very quick to respond to our needs - our only need being to turn on the pool heat, which they did promptly. The location was close to shopping, top golf, and some desert hiking.

Easy Access

Nice house, close to anything that you might need or want. The pool was a little chilly this time of year but absolutely love the backyard area. Warm sun in the morning and cool breezes in the afternoon/evening.

Good and So So

Overall, the house was good for what we needed. We weren't there a lot due to baseball games for the kids. Layout was great, backyard was great. However, the master bed was broken and they were unable to come fix while there so we had to make do and try to fix on out own in order to use. And the entry into the front door was the worst. You had to pull, twist, yank and enter code just to get front door to open. That was irritating when your hands are full with stuff trying to get in. So overall, good and so so due to issues.

Not a bad place, but….

The check in process was confusing. The home was very clean and comfortable. But….if your looking to use the pool or hot tub, be prepared to pay more money to heat it. It shows a beautiful pool and setting but you cannot use it as is. The home does show some age and low budget renovations, but over all it was clean and respectable. We only used one of the rooms and the master bath, because the second bath room hot water was inoperable. I thought maybe the hot water tank was out, but it didn’t work the next morning either. Over all not a bad place, but it’s not worth the extra money for non working items or extra charges for the amenities.

Great spring break vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Phoenix. We went in early April for our spring break, with kids ages 8, 5, & 3. The backyard was our favorite part of the property. The pool was perfect for our family to play in all week. We paid for pool and spa heat, which made it comfortable to swim and use the hot tub. The patio area got the morning sun and is shaded in the afternoon which is perfect because it got very hot later in the day. The landscaping in the backyard is beautiful, and the waterfall over the rocks in the pool was such a nice touch! The only thing was that the spa and pool heat had to be operated remotely by the manager, we would have preferred to turn on and off ourselves, but it was not a problem to communicate with them and ask for changes when we needed it on or off. The house inside was clean and well laid out for our family. We really appreciated all the little extra items available in the kitchen upon arrival like paper products, garbage bags, dish soap, oil and seasonings, zip locks and tinfoil, laundry soap etc as I have not found this to be the case in all VRBO’s. They also had a lot of towels for the pool and bath which was so helpful! We also appreciated the extra lock higher up on the door leading out to the patio to prevent the kids from going out by themselves near the pool. Only thing we didn’t love was the beds which felt a little hard to us as we aren’t used to memory foam. Overall, I rated everything a 5, except the location (a 4) only because it was a little further away from Scottsdale and the things we wanted to do. We rented a car and still did the things we wanted like Old Town, Butterfly Wonderland, Papago Park, mini golf, Scottsdale Quarter, etc - each a 30-40 min drive. The neighborhood was great- nice and quiet, and there was a large park with a playground right across the street. Overall, I would recommend this property highly! We had a great stay!

Great Backyard

We rented this property for friends and family as a home base during our mom's memorial service. It was a great location, close to the 101 and shops, restaurants and activities. The backyard was great for our family with hot tub, firepit and pool. Beds were comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to all inquiries and requests. Wish there were chairs for the firepit. the pool needs a really good cleaning, but probably not worth heating in the winter anyway. the hot tub was perfect.
