We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again! The backyard is stunning so it was perfect for mornings and evenings when we came back to the house. The mgr was super responsive and couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for making it a great trip for us!

This house is great..it is better even than the pictures. We love the backyard with our grandkids. Amazing pool. Plenty of room inside. Great kitchen. Hope to stay again. Loved Scottsdale.

Looking for an oasis away from home? Look no further! This house is everything you’re looking for from the gorgeous decor and furniture to the spacious and peaceful back yard. This house is close to everything in Scottsdale but feels quiet and serene. It is well equipped with everything you could ever want or need. Perfect for a couple, family or group getaway! We will be back!

We stayed at this house in Scottsdale with three of my cousins and their families and we really felt like it was perfect. Each family got their own private bathroom, and there was plenty of room in the house for the kids to run around. The outside was amazing, the kids were in the pool for hours. The slide and the edge of the pool where they can jump off was really cool. And the water temperature of the pool was perfect. We really love it and are already planning a trip back next year.I felt like the house was great for families because there were multiple dinning areas, the appliances were all really modern, there was a great alarm system, and everything was very clean and tidy. We had an issue with an electrical burnout, and the company sent a handyman over to fix it.Overall we really enjoyed our trip! The only thing to watch out for is that the trampoline in the backyard is not safe. I thought the trampoline was in the grass, but it's actually in a whole in the ground and surrounded by brick. But that wouldn't stop us from booking this house again in the future.

Our family of 10 commented over and over again how we should reserve the Gold Dust Ave property for next year now. We appreciated how easy and quick it was to heat the hot tub and warm up the pool. The house is spacious, comfortable beds and rooms for everyone. We stay at a lot of homes and seldom do host make the investment in comfortable sofas so thank you for thinking about that. All the amenities including blender and how great it is to have a commercial ice machine. The outdoors is beautifully maintained and the pool crystal clear. The upscale neighborhood is very quiet. The TV has an unlimited number of channels and streaming services. So appreciate that during March Madness. We never had to send a message to get a question answered, Everything worked. We shall return.

This place was amazing- even better than expected!!!

Wow, let me just say that we have rented a lot of homes over the years, and you never quite know what you're getting until you arrive. This unbelievable home greatly surpassed our expectations! We were hoping it would be a relaxing experience, just based on the pictures we had seen and the reviews we had read, but let me tell you - the pictures do not do it justice. We were able to spend hours every day, relaxing in and around the pool area. It has great privacy and beautiful landscaping. The heated pool and hot tub made it really enjoyable even on days where it was only in the 60s. I would love to come back in the warmer months and experience the cooling misters and waterfall/slide more. It was a good central location for us and a safe and pleasant place to go for a morning walk and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. I felt like this rental offered us good value, because of the spectacular resort style backyard and pool area. Everything was also in very clean and working order. Well decorated and definitely made us want a home in Scottsdale. We hope to be back, it was a great experience! As an added bonus it was very easy access to the TPC of Scottsdale for the Waste Management Open - about a 10 minute drive.

Great time!

We recently had an amazing five-day stay at this beautiful property, and it was an experience our family won't forget. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm of this little mansion. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a luxurious getaway. The location was easy to access with close proximity to hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping excursions. One of the best parts of our trip was the incredible pool with a grotto and a slide! It was the perfect place to relax, and we spent hours splashing around and soaking up the sun. The pool area also had comfy loungers, making it easy to kick back with a good book or a refreshing drink. For staying active, the gym and the ping pong table were fantastic bonuses. It was a great way to start our mornings before diving into our days’ adventures. We had a blast using the ping pong table, which gave the kids hours of entertainment. It was a perfect way to bond and share laughs between our poolside lounging. The house itself was huge, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. Each room was nicely decorated, and we loved gathering in the spacious living areas for family bonding. The kitchen was a chef's dream, making it easy for us to whip up delicious meals together. All in all, this property exceeded our expectations. The blend of luxury, fun, and comfort created an unforgettable vacation that we'll cherish for years. Whether you're planning a family retreat, a getaway with friends, or just a peaceful escape, I can't recommend this place enough. We can't wait to come back!

FIVE STAR / FLAG SHIP Destination

We have finally found our 'Go To' Resort! Pull into the double car garage and go inside for a take your breath away experience! Everything you had hoped for is here. Minus one feature. Crowds. Elegant appointments throughout the property include Premier bedding, huge leather sofas, and oversized chairs. The spaciousness of the floor plan with fireplaces and full glass walls for viewing the precision trimmed landscaping was no less than impressive. The totally transformed outdoor Oasis includes a large gas fire pit, a huge hot tub to massage away the kinks, and a wall of waterfalls, with hidden slides, that flow into a oversized pool of blue. (The provided beach towels were much appreciated.) A nicely equipped outdoor cooking area was well used! All the bedrooms were more than spacious to provide total comfort including their wonderful appointments. The orderly and detailed main house kitchen is designed for the chef, no matter the level of experience. (Premier appliances and tons of counter space as well) This of course if you decide to stay in instead of enjoying one of the excellent close by restaurants. There is also great shopping minutes away that allowed us to venture out without spending too much time away from 'Relaxation Headquarters'. We suggest you bring viewing glasses as the bird watching was Fantastic from this very private retreat! We will be back as there is no replacing this Resort. Craig and Joan

The house was super clean and very welcoming when we arrived. The home is beautiful inside with everything you need to make a dinner or just to entertain, including the ice ready at the bar. The outdoor space is amazing we spent most of our time outside enjoying the covered patio and pool house along with dipping our toes un the pool (it rained during our entire stay ). The communication with the host is great. We had a problem during our stay and they had someone there within an hour. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, yet close to everything stay in Scottsdale you won't be disappointed.

A jewel outside the loop in Phoenix

This house is situated and a very quiet part of town outside of the main loop around Phoenix. Although it’s a little far, it’s really not too bad on travel time to Scottsdale and Tempe a perfect house that we will stay out again.Only downside is that I did not purchase insurance and so half of our stay was a nonrefundable, even though we weren’t there.

EXCELLENT / CLEAN / NO COMPLAINTS

We flew in for the Barrett-Jackson auction and this was just 15 mins down the road from both Scottsdale Private Airport and the auction. No complaints. Thank you to the host!
