Mesa Serenity Oasis

You will absolutely love this beautiful, two level, four bedrooms, that all are on the 2nd floor, 2 1/2 bath home! The flooring throughout is stunning! Beautifully decorated, and in the quiet family oriented subdivision of Red Mountain Ranch. You will absolutely love the feeling of the quiet neighborhood, but yet you are only about 1 mile away from all the services you would need: plenty of shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and fast food. All of the furniture and bedding are all brand new. The house has all new linens, towels, silverware, and utensils, along with a fully stocked kitchen. Entrance to the 202 freeway is approximately 2 miles from the front door and can put you anywhere you need to be in the entire state. No problem parking as there is a three car garage and plenty of parking on the driveway also.

The backyard is very quiet and private. It offers a nice pool with a waterfall feature. Next to the beautiful pool is a putting green along with an area you can chip off of down onto the green. There is an extra cost of $50 per day for heating the pool to cover the cost. (Please request the optional pool heat after you book and we will add that to the booking… to heat the pool It usually takes a couple of days prior to arrival so we would need to heat the pool for the entire stay) The pool heater is electric and electric heaters are not as efficient as gas heaters. But during the coldest months we can’t guarantee 83° as the preferred setting. There is a four burner propane gas grill to prepare food so you can enjoy a nice meal outside at the table on the covered patio area. We have just installed a brand new six person spa with a Bluetooth speaker built-in so you can relax and enjoy the backyard even more!

Inside the home there is a seating area with a large screen TV by the kitchen. There is also another seating area in the living room, and there is also a den with a foosball table and another TV. All four bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and is on one side of the house while the other three spare bedrooms are on the opposite side with a full spare bathroom for those to share. Please note we do recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case any issue should arise.
