Perfect Stay for a Family Spring Getaway!

This was our family’s first vacation in Phoenix and this property was everything we needed for our family of 4. Each of our teenagers had their own comfy bed to sleep in and they loved the pool and putting green. It was close to the airport, golf, and shopping so it was very convenient. We loved our stay! This home is exactly as described .... homey & comfortable. The kitchen has multitude of pots/pans for cooking, heated pool is great plus we really enjoyed the putting green & none of us are golfers! Only a 10-20 minute drive to most local sites to visit.

We visited for a staycation. I feel like the backyard is smaller than it appears in the photos. The house was good. The couches could use some TLC as they look like they are falling forward. The pool needed to be cleaned but a pool cleaning scoop was provided. The area was good. Quiet neighbors.

We had a great stay overall, the property was well-stocked with towels and clean bedding, and exactly as described. However, we did run into an issue with the golf clubs provided at the house. They were covered in fiberglass, which ended up all over my nephew’s hands. We had to rush out to the store to find duct tape just to try and remove it from his skin, which was frustrating and concerning.We let the host know about the issue after checkout so they could address it for future guests, but unfortunately, we never received any kind of acknowledgment or follow-up. Because of that, I’m leaving this in my review so others are aware and can avoid the same issue. I’m not sure if the issue has been fixed, so I recommend avoiding the mini golf unless you confirm otherwise with the host.
