In Town for a Wedding

I would definitely stay at this home again! It was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The backyard is fabulous if you plan on just hanging at the home. The temps dropped significantly while we were there so we were not able to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was great.

A home away from home!

We had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the pool and bunk beds. The beds were comfy. This little getaway was exactly what we needed. I appreciate the later check out time too. (11am)

Great Spot

Very nice property and well done interior by the management company. Super clean, which is a huge plus for me. My adult kids enjoyed the back patio/yard with a pool/hot tub & putting green. Everything worked, check-in & out process very smooth, great location close to Hwy and Scottsdale - so easy to get around. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great spot for a bachelor party weekend

My group and I really enjoyed staying here for a bachelor party. There were plenty of activities in the backyard and the inside of the house was very nice.

Perfect Oasis in great location

We enjoyed the beautifully appointed home. It was well stocked and the neighborhood was great. We loved the pool and everything about the back yard area.

Family stay

We had an overall great stay at this house. It was very clean inside and beautifully decorated. It fit our family of six perfectly. Our kids especially loved the putting green, pool and hot tub. However, the pool was not heated and we did not have the option to pay for it to be heated. There were some issues from the rain storms and lots of palm debris that we had to pick up in the backyard in order for us to use the hot tub and pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and it was a very central location to lots of family activities.

Fun Scottsdale Getaway

As soon as we turned into the neighborhood you knew you were in well established nice neighborhood. The homes were nice with well cared for lawns as well as the property we were staying at. Punch in the code to unlock the door we were greeted with some ice cold refrigerated air, perfect for the hot days in az. The house overall was nice and pretty much exactly what I had seen in the listing. The beds were big with nice soft linens. My kids who are very young were most excited about the bunk beds. The kitchen living area and dining area were also very nice, decorated with nice and newer furnishings. The best part and the kicker for renting the place was the pool. When we were done cruising around town and site seeing it was straight back to the house for hours and hours hanging out in the pool. The backyard was also very nice accentuated with a huge palm tree that was cool to hang out under. We also enjoyed the fire pit, and my personal favorite was the artificial turf putting green. I give this place 5 stars and would definitely stay again or recommend to my friends and family.

Great House

The location of this house is perfect, close to shopping, lots of different restaurants and to ASU. The house was super clean, perfect size and great neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and patio! Great property manager!

Great property, excellent location - perfect for our trip!

Overall great experience - property was as stated with all the amenities. Location was perfect - quiet and super convenient- just a few minutes from shopping, great restaurants and within a 10-15 minute drive to ASU. Communication with property manager was excellent - very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
