Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pool gets serviced and maintained by the community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. We do not control if pools are closed or under service anytime during your stay and no refunds will be given for pool or hot tub related issues.



The pools are heated seasonally during the winter-spring months. The Hot Tubs are available and heated year round.



Please follow any and all posted signs and rules in all areas of the community. Any fines assessed will be the responsibility of you as the renter.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



‼️ COMMUNITY/HOA RULES



- Community/HOA rules and restrictions must be followed at all times while staying. Any violations, fines, infractions will be the responsibility of the renters and can result in early removal from the unit.



- Parking is designated ONLY to the 2-car garage! NO overnight street parking per the HOA or you risk being towed at your own expense! Driveway parking is prohibited as it is a shared driveway to other units!
