Scottsdale's efficient transit system makes exploring the area convenient. This home is on the Waymo route, offering unique and easy access to Old Town and the Scottsdale Trolley also offers fare-free routes connecting key destinations, including Old Town, and links to regional bus services. Additionally, rideshare services and bike rentals are readily available, offering flexible transportation options to suit your preferences.



Other Things to Note:

The pool can be heated during the colder months for your comfort at an additional cost of $75 per night or $400 per week.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Please note, we strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale has stringent regulations regarding noise disturbances, and violations may result in significant fines and the permanent removal of this property from hosting platforms.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used exclusively to monitor occupancy, disturbances, and emergency situations.



Some properties may also feature a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure respectful neighborhood noise levels. This system measures sound levels in decibels but does not record audio, ensuring your privacy is maintained.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
