Enjoy a hotel like atmosphere with all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a King bed and the second room and the pull out couch boast a queen bed each.
The townhouse has all the luxuries you could want including remodeled bathrooms, fresh paint, updated lighting, ceiling fans and it is walking distance to everything you need!
The Space
Our newly remodeled townhouse is right in the middle of all the action of Old Town Scottsdale and everything it has to offer, but is just far enough away that you can relax and be refreshed.
We offer an infant pop up crib available by advanced request.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the full townhouse including full kitchen and cooking supplies. They will have full access to the wifi and other amenities of the townhouse including washer dryer, patio with seating and a bike rack. The townhouse includes two covered reserved spots in the parking lot out back. We are the last two spots and are marked with the address on the parking overhang.
We offer an infant pop up crib available by advanced request.
Interaction with Guests
We are available to answer any questions or concerns upon arrival and during your stay. By special request someone can be available to meet the guest at the townhouse for check-in. Otherwise we want this to be as much of a hotel experience for you as possible with all the extras of a beautiful home.
The Neighborhood
This neighborhood has a great mix of permanent residents and vacationers. There are wonderful restaurants, shopping (including a luxurious mall at Fashion Square), parks, golf courses, bars/clubs, and regularly events nearby including pool parties in the summer. It literally has something for everyone!!
Getting Around
We are located right off a Main Street with public transportation, but most of the attractions are walking distance. If you aren't up for a walk, you can have an UBER or Lyft to the front door in minutes.
Other Things to Note
Scottsdale has many top notch medical facilities. This is a great location for rest and recuperation.

Mixed bag....
Great location and quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Old Town, the stadium on Osborn, and a number grocery and drug stores, several restaurants and even a church.
"Newly remodeled" seems to mean "work in progress" with much of the "old" (appliances) still remaining.
For the two of us the space was fine. For a short (3-7 days) stay it would have been perfect. But we were staying a month and needed more drawer and shelf space. The kitchen is well stocked but tiny. We did manage to cook a few dinners there.
Our recommendation - 1-4 people short stay. But "sleeps 6" gets pretty cozy.

Clean, quiet and comfortable
The condo was just what we needed. Conveniently located and in a quiet location with shopping in walking distance. Beds are comfortable and the condo clean. Owner was helpful and accommodating. Would stay again if we come back for the Barrett Jackson auction again.

Convenient location
Conveniently located to Old Town (about a 15 minute walk), this clean, newly renovated unit was simply furnished but provided everything we needed. Bedrooms upstairs with shared bath, half bath downstairs.
